Withdrawal and Refunds

Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from an online contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The period begins when the contract is concluded. A clear statement can be submitted through KYDX Support and should identify the account, affected Discord server and decision to withdraw.

Effects of withdrawal

Following a valid withdrawal, payments are generally returned through the original payment method. Where immediate performance was expressly requested during the withdrawal period, statutory rules concerning compensation for the part already supplied may apply. Mandatory rights concerning defective services remain unaffected.

Model withdrawal statement

I hereby withdraw from my contract for a KYDX Premium pass. Discord account: […], Discord server ID: […], purchase date: […], Stripe payment reference if available: […], date: […].

Voluntary refunds

Duplicate or technically incorrect charges are refunded after verification. Other voluntary refunds can be requested through Support. A full or partial refund automatically removes the corresponding Premium term in full or proportionally. A chargeback or payment dispute may suspend the affected term until a final decision is made.
