Terms of Use

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of KYDX, its Discord bot and dashboard. The provider is Nico Förster, Berlin, Germany.

2. Service

KYDX provides tools for Discord communities, including Roblox activity tracking, leaderboards, donation management and RCU clan statistics. Some functions depend on Discord, Roblox, Powerful Studio or other external services. KYDX is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord, Roblox or Powerful Studio.

3. Requirements

Server administrators must be authorised to install and configure the bot. Paid purchases may be made only by adults with legal capacity or with valid consent from an authorised representative. Credentials, tokens and manipulated payment information must not be submitted.

4. Premium passes

A Premium pass applies to the Discord server selected during checkout for 30, 60 or 90 days. Passes do not renew automatically. Additional purchases extend the remaining term. The amount shown at checkout is the total amount payable.

5. Availability and changes

Uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, security measures, API outages, changes to external platforms and force majeure may temporarily affect features. Material adverse changes to an already paid service will not be made without an objective reason.

6. Acceptable use

Illegal use, abuse, bypassing access restrictions, automated overloading, manipulation of statistics or payments, and conduct that endangers KYDX or third parties are prohibited. Serious violations may result in suspension. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

7. Liability

Statutory liability rules apply. No limitation applies to intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or where mandatory law provides otherwise.

8. Termination and deletion

A Discord server may remove the bot at any time. Requests to delete stored data can be submitted through Support, unless legal retention duties apply.

9. Consumer dispute resolution

The provider is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
