Privacy Policy

1. Controller

The controller for KYDX is Nico Förster, Berlin, Germany. You can contact KYDX through the KYDX Support Server.

2. Hosting and server logs

KYDX is hosted on servers operated by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. Technically necessary connection data may be processed when the website is accessed, including IP address, time, requested page, browser information and error logs. Processing is necessary for secure and reliable operation under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

3. Discord login and bot usage

KYDX uses Discord OAuth2. Discord user ID, display name, avatar, server memberships and required permission information are processed. The server-side login session also contains a Discord access token and normally expires after seven days. Depending on enabled features, KYDX processes Discord server, channel, role and user IDs, configurations, activity, leaderboard and donation data. Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Roblox and RCU clan data

KYDX processes Roblox usernames, user IDs, display names, publicly available presence and game information, and RCU clan data supplied by the Powerful Studio interface. Discord and Roblox accounts can be linked. Data is used only for features enabled by the relevant Discord server.

5. Stripe payments

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited. KYDX does not store complete card details or PayPal credentials. KYDX processes the Discord server ID, selected plan, payment status, Stripe checkout and payment identifiers, refunds and payment disputes. Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

6. Cookies

KYDX uses only the technically necessary, HTTP-only session cookie kydx.sid. It is required for login and access protection and is not used for advertising or analytics. It normally expires after seven days.

7. Recipients and international transfers

Depending on the selected functions, data can be transferred to Discord, Roblox, Powerful Studio and Stripe. These providers may process data outside the EU or EEA using their applicable transfer safeguards. KYDX does not disclose personal data for advertising purposes.

8. Retention

Session data is deleted after expiry or logout. Bot configuration, links and statistics remain stored while the Discord server uses KYDX or while required for the selected function. Payment records are retained where required by law. Backups are overwritten on a rolling schedule.

9. Data subject rights

Subject to the GDPR, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and may object to processing. Requests can be submitted through KYDX Support. Individuals may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, including the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
